Claims Handling


Should a claim arise, we work in partnership with the policyholders, their insurers and brokers to:

  • Support with regular updates throughout the claims progress

  • Provide expert rradar claims handling from notification to conclusion

  • Save time – as we liaise directly with the insurer to determine policy cover

  • Improve client relationships

  • Give options to support clients even where policy cover is not available (on favourable commercial
