rradar's Rob Cunningham wins prestigious award
We are proud to announce that Rob Cunningham, rradar IT Infrastructure Technician, has won a prestigious Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 award, which recognises the work, energy and contributions of the region’s talent, and those who have made a significant difference to the businesses and organisations in which they operate.
In the three years since Rob joined rradar, he has excelled in his position. He was only two weeks into his apprenticeship when the first lockdown was announced in March 2020, and his conscientious attitude and commitment were clear from the outset.
Since the return to the office, Rob has been on hand to facilitate the process, particularly for those members of staff who have joined rradar since remote working was in operation, and those who need assistance with setting up hardware and connecting to the IT systems as part of rradar’s approach to agile working.
Rob’s sociable outlook and his positive attitude also mean that he can make the personal connections that inform others about the importance of IT – particularly when it comes to issues such as cyber security awareness and good practice in managing technology at work.
This year saw a record number of nominations being made, recognising talent from a variety of employers, including rradar.
