rradar, an award-winning disruptive law firm, today announced four key appointments to its business in a move that will further complement and expand its business platform, bolstering and driving the company’s aggressive growth strategy and service delivery for its clients.
Kamlesh Parmar recently joined rradar as its Chief Operating Officer and will lead the business operations for the firm, including business development, people and marketing strategies/initiatives and data and content strategy. Kamlesh will also work closely with Gary Gallen, the CEO and founder of rradar, to implement and drive the company’s expansion and growth plans.
Prior to joining rradar, Kamlesh held leadership and senior executive positions both as a partner in an international law firm (Hammonds) and then as a main board executive director in the oil & gas industry (3Legs Resources plc). His impressive track record across a diverse range of commercial activities positions Kamlesh well to help drive rradar’s business and people strategy.
Paul Connolly joins rradar as Legal Director, and will work closely with rradar’s Chief Legal Officer, Andrew Cameron to manage the legal and advisory teams and their operations on a day to day level. With over 30 years of experience across insurance and re-insurance in leadership roles in growing businesses and with direct exposure to international activity, he is an excellent fit for the rradar business. His experience includes working for DWF, Hammond Suddards, and as a partner at Merricks and as a senior partner at Hextalls, as well as Group Legal Officer for Colonial Group International (Bermuda).
Jeff Swales has joined rradar’s Business Crime and Regulatory team. Formerly Partner at Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP, Jeff is a highly regarded leader in the industry, recognised as an extremely experienced Commercial Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor and is an Accredited Mediator. His practice area covers a broad range of legal issues including high value disputes and complex regulatory issues. He is a Legal 500 recognised lawyer and will be instrumental to rradar’s continued growth and success for its clients.
Davina Gillyon recently joined rradar as the firm’s Marketing and Communications Director and will lead rradar’s strategic and tactical integrated marketing and communications initiatives across creative, digital, brand strategy, business development, client relationship management and rradar’s internal communications programme. A highly experienced marketing leader, Davina brings over 17 years of experience working in large global and Australian based companies. Prior to joining rradar, Davina held senior executive positions including leading the strategic marketing initiatives in the Asia Pacific region for global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield and as Head of Marketing and Communications for Taylor – an Australian based construction and property company.
These key hires follow the appointment of Andrea Wilby in November last year, leading rradar’s people strategy and initiatives across talent management and performance, recruitment, learning, development, compensation, benefits, and HR operations including systems and processes.
rradar’s Chief Executive Officer, Gary Gallen, said “I am very excited that this pool of exceptional talent has chosen to join the rradar team! Attracting industry experts of this stature to rradar is a testament to the success we have seen across our business and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. Our business is moving forward at a rapid pace, constantly evolving and growing and pushing at traditional boundaries. We are on an accelerated growth plan and investing in our business and leadership is a high priority.”
Mr Gallen further added “We are always looking out for ambitious, high quality and driven people for our business. These people bring deep and diverse experiences and skills that will ensure the company’s continued growth. This is important as we continue to deliver innovative solutions and further enhance our service offering for our clients.”
