The work we do is exciting and unique, and we are working on some of the biggest cases in the UK with high media profiles.
Our Culture and Values
Our values are a critical part of rradar and the company we are building. We have looked long and hard at what we would like to be and how we are going to get there.
One of the most important things we focussed on was a set of values and principles that summed us up.
Our values represent something that we can share, shape our culture and our people and what we’re striving to achieve – not just tomorrow, or next week, but next year and in ten years’ time.
What It Involves
A rewarding experience.
As a rradar trainee, you will experience three to four seats on a six-month rotation, experiencing a mix of contentious and non-contentious work across a broad spectrum of commercial practice areas, including our Legal Advice Service, Employment, Commercial Disputes, Business Crime & Regulatory, Intellectual Property and Cyber Data and Information Law.

Mould-breakers
& Visionaries

We want mould-breakers, visionaries, rebels and disruptors. We’re going to shake things up and we want you to help us. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we think we’ve got what you’re looking for.
